Tsujita-san's Sansho Powder is is a delicate blend of three varieties: Yamakura, Asakura and Budo. It has a bright, citrus-y aroma and it makes your mouth water and your tongue & lips mildly numb. It pairs really well with grilled meats, BBQ eel, scallops, etc.
His Shichimi Togarashi packs a punch thanks to the Takanotsume (Hawk's Claw) chili peppers. Nonetheless it is well balanced with sesame and sansho.
The Yuzu Shichimi Togarashi is a seven spice with nice heat but the bright, citrusy notes of yuzu. It pairs well with corn miso soup, on top of grilled fish and chicken.
