Founded in Hiroshima in 1927, Sennari is built on a philosophy of authenticity, integrity, and craftsmanship. As one of the pioneers of organic, additive-free vinegar making, they follow traditional brewing methods and use only the finest local ingredients, including organically grown rice and pure spring water.
