Black Sesame Fudge
This recipe was given to me by my chef friend Sara Hauman and it is so easy to make and super tasty. See the golden sesame version in our recipes too.
- 50 grams (1 ¾ ounces) butter
- 100 grams (3 ½ ounces) honey
- 150 grams (5 ⅓ ounces) dark chocolate
- 20 grams (¾ ounces) unsweetened cocoa powder
233 grams (8 ¼ ounces) Wadaman Organic Black Sesame Paste
- Sea salt as desired
Wadaman Organic Black Sesame Seeds to coat fudge
Melt the butter, honey and chocolate over a double boiler. Mix with the cocoa powder and sesame paste, add salt to taste. Pour into a small baking dish and set them up in the fridge or freezer, about 2 hours. Once firm, cut them in squares and coat them in toasted sesame seeds.
