Black Sesame Fudge

Black Sesame Fudge

This recipe was given to me by my chef friend Sara Hauman and it is so easy to make and super tasty, plus it can be changed using milk chocolate and golden sesame paste.

Ingredients:
50 grams (1.75 ounces) butter
100 grams (3.5 ounces) honey
150 grams (5.33 ounces) dark chocolate
20 grams (.75 ounces) unsweetened cocoa powder
233 grams (8.25 ounces) black sesame paste
sea salt as desired
roasted black sesame seeds to coat fudge

Method:
Melt the butter, honey and chocolate over a double boiler. Mix with the cocoa powder and sesame paste, add salt to taste. Pour into a small baking dish and set them up in the fridge or freezer, about 2 hours. Once firm, cut them in squares and coat them in toasted sesame seeds.
