Quick Pickles

It’s hard to imagine an easier way to make delicious pickles. Iio Jozo Pickling Vinegar does all the work—simply combine it with your favorite vegetables and let time take care of the rest. In just 24 hours, you'll have crisp, bright pickles that are perfect alongside rice, grilled meats, sandwiches, and more.
The pickling vinegar can be reused several times. For vegetables with a high water content, such as cucumbers, you may wish to refresh it with a little additional vinegar after each batch.
Ingredients

1 cup vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces

3 tablespoons Iio Jozo Pickling Vinegar
Directions
- Place the vegetables in a resealable bag or lidded container.
- Add the pickling vinegar and toss to coat.
- If using a resealable bag, press out as much air as possible before sealing.
- If using a container, shake or stir the vegetables a few times during the pickling process.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
