Yamatsu Tsujita Shichimi Togarashi - 15g
- This Japanese seven spice mix packs a punch due to the Takanotsume (Hawk's Claw) chili used by Tsujita-san. Nonetheless it is well balanced with dried yuzu peel, sansho & sesame.
Yamatsu Tsujita Sansho - 10g
- Tsujita-san uses three different types of sansho berries to create this delicate blend. It has a bright, citrus-y aroma, makes your mouth water and gives a nice gentle numbing sensation to your lips & tongue.

Iio Jozo Pure Rice Vinegar - 500ml

- This soy sauce is made from Japanese-grown organic soybeans and wheat and is traditionally aged in cedar vats for one year. It is great for adding flavor to broths or for dipping sashimi.
