- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- After cooking meat or fish, sprinkle salt or cleanser, wash thoroughly with a scrubbing brush, and rinse with lukewarm water. Wipe thoroughly and place it upright to dry.
- If it is used lightly, wipe it with a tightly wrung dish cloth.
