This dashi pack is made with a blend of soybean, konbu, carrot, cabbage, dried shiitake mushroom, and onion. The resulting dashi has a wonderful vegetable-forward aroma, with a flavor reminiscent of konbu dashi and gently simmered vegetables. Highly versatile, it works well in everything from simple vegetable soups to broths across a range of cuisines.

Instructions for Use: Fill a medium pot with 400–500 ml (about 2 cups) of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add one dashi pack, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dashi pack before using.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
