This dashi pack is made with a blend of dried fish (herring, mackerel, and sardine), konbu, and dried shiitake mushroom. The resulting dashi is rich in flavor and ideal for miso soup, stews, and noodle soups.

Instructions for Use: Fill a medium pot with 400–500 ml (about 2 cups) of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add one dashi pack, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dashi pack before using.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
