Sennari’s organic rice vinegar is crafted using traditional brewing methods, local organic rice, and pure spring water from their own well. To ensure complete quality control, Sennari first brews its own traditional Japanese sake, then ferments it into vinegar over 5–6 months. Each liter contains 140 grams of rice, with the entire process taking 15 months from field to bottle.
Rice vinegar is a staple in Japanese cooking, traditionally used for sushi rice, sunomono (Japanese pickles), and simmered dishes. In Western cooking, it’s a great substitute for regular vinegar to brighten marinades, soups, and vegetable dishes.
While Iio Jozo’s Pure Rice Vinegar is known for its deep, robust flavor, Sennari’s organic rice vinegar offers a lighter, more delicate, and fruitier taste and aroma, perfect for those who prefer a milder vinegar.
