This dashi pack is made with a blend of dried tuna and dried fermented tuna, Rausu konbu, and dried shiitake mushroom. The resulting dashi has a mellow sweetness and richness that pairs very well with a range of dishes, especially soups and stews, particularly those featuring chicken.

Instructions for Use: Fill a medium pot with 400–500 ml (about 2 cups) of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add one dashi pack, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dashi pack before using.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
