    Red Dashi Pack: Combines dried fish including herring, mackerel, and sardine with konbu and dried shiitake mushroom. The resulting dashi is rich and full-bodied, well suited for miso soup, noodle soups, and heartier preparations.

    Gold Dashi Pack: Features a blend of dried tuna and fermented tuna with Rausu konbu and dried shiitake mushroom. It yields a dashi with mellow sweetness and depth, particularly well suited for soups, stews, and dishes where a richer backbone is desired.

    Yellow Dashi Pack: A classic blend of dried skipjack tuna, konbu, and dried shiitake mushroom. It produces a light, refined Kyoto-style dashi that supports dishes without overpowering them, ideal for miso soup, clear broths, simmered dishes, and seasoned rice.

    Green Dashi Pack: Has a wonderful vegetable-forward aroma, with a flavor reminiscent of konbu dashi and gently simmered vegetables. Highly versatile, it works well in vegetarian cooking and in everything from simple vegetable soups to broths across a range of cuisines.

    Instructions for Use: Fill a medium pot with 400–500 ml (about 2 cups) of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add one dashi pack, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dashi pack before using.

    Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
